Community Fundraising & Outreach Representative
Job Description
Are you outgoing, energetic, and passionate about helping others? Join our growing team at Coastline Events in Charleston as a Community Fundraising & Outreach Representative. In this role, you’ll represent nonprofit partners at local community events and pop-up campaigns.
This is an in-person fundraising and outreach role — not door-to-door sales or telemarketing. You’ll connect with the public to inspire support for charitable causes, while developing valuable communication and leadership skills.
What You’ll Do
Engage with the public to raise awareness and inspire donor contributions for nonprofit causes
Share nonprofit missions through meaningful conversations and storytelling
Represent nonprofit partners professionally at community events
Collaborate with a supportive, high-energy team to reach fundraising and outreach goals
Build leadership and communication skills through hands-on training
Who You Are
Outgoing, confident, and energized by connecting with people
Background in athletics, student leadership, or Greek life is a plus
Strong communicator with a positive, resilient mindset
Comfortable working on your feet and outdoors at events
Passionate about giving back and eager to grow into leadership roles

Weekly pay: $700–$1,100 (base pay + performance-based bonuses)
