Job Description:

We provide in home and community services for individuals with disabilities and other related conditions.

Create tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients.

Turn in timely documentation including weekly invoicing, progress notes, quarterly reports, and related paperwork.

Conduct Initial Evaluations (as needed for clients new to therapy), writing goals and objectives, and determining a recommended frequency of services.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with people with disabilities and/or dual diagnosis

Vast knowledge of Massage Therapy techniques for varying impairments and/or disabilities

Ability to create goals/ongoing treatment plans for clients

Ability to travel to clients and provide in-home Massage Therapy services

All therapists must have the following:

Resume

LMT

CPR/AED Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association only)

License to practice within the state of Texas

Driver's License

Social Security Card

Professional Liability Insurance
