    Job Description

    Community Healthcare Network, is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the underserved communities of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan and Queens. Through the care we provide at our Health Centers and through our various programs, we touch the lives of 85,000 people annually.

    We are seeking for a Full-Time Pediatric Nutrition Coordinator (PNC) who will work as part of a multidisciplinary team,providing nutrition education and interventions for a diverse patient population with a focus on infant feeding and breastfeeding/lactation counseling support. The PNC also assists with projects and tasks related to the promotion of optimal breastfeeding education and support across the network via staff training, policy implementation and community partnerships.

    KEY INFORMATION: 

    • Job Type: 35 Hours per week (Full-time).
    • Compensation: Ranges between 50,000K - 52,000K per year.
    • Supportive integrated team environment.

    WHAT WE LOOK FOR: 

    • Minimum of B. S. in Nutrition.
    • Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials.
    • Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) credentials (IBCLC strongly preferred)
