Job Summary:
Are you energetic, people-focused, and ready to turn your hustle into real income? As a Community Insurance Advisor, you’ll be the local face of our mission—helping families get the life, health, and supplemental insurance coverage they need to protect what matters most.
You’ll connect directly with residents through face-to-face outreach, community events, and local canvassing—while building your own client base and laying the foundation for a lucrative career in insurance. We train you, back you with proven marketing tools, and show you how to grow your book of business step by step.
What You’ll Do:
Local Outreach & Community Engagement
Knock doors, table events, and meet residents face-to-face
Share clear, compelling information about life and health coverage
Build trust and relationships in local neighborhoods
Educate families on benefits they may not even know they qualify for
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Collect and qualify leads for insurance programs
Set appointments with our licensed agents—or become licensed yourself
Track your outreach and follow-up through our mobile CRM (we train you)
Team Collaboration & Growth
Work as part of an energetic field team
Share best practices and strategies to boost results
Attend regular coaching sessions—learn how to level up your skills and income
Why This Role is Different:
Unlike typical canvassing or outreach, this is a launch pad for a real insurance career. Top reps move into fully licensed sales roles with uncapped earning potential and leadership opportunities.
Build your own book of clients, one door or event at a time
Get hands-on training to become a licensed Insurance Agent if you want to earn more
Commission bonuses for qualified leads and closed sales
Flexible schedules and performance-based growth
Make a real difference for families in your own community
What You Bring:
Positive, outgoing attitude and great people skills
Comfortable talking to strangers and building rapport quickly
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work outdoors
Previous outreach, canvassing, sales, or community organizing experience is a plus—but not required
Bilingual skills (Spanish, Tagalog, etc.) are a big advantage
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
If you’re ready to stop clocking in and start building something that pays you back—apply now.
