Community Liaison / Business Development – Home Care (Lee County, FL)

About the Role

You will represent our agency in the community by developing partnerships with hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, and other referral sources. This position combines relationship-building with consultative sales—helping families find the right in-home care solutions for their loved ones.

Compensation

This is a salary + commission position with unlimited earning potential. The more relationships you build and clients you help, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community organizations

Identify new referral sources and marketing opportunities

Conduct educational presentations to professionals and families about senior care and our services

Attend networking events, expos, and community functions to represent the agency

Meet with prospective clients and families to discuss care options and onboard new clients

Track leads and follow up using a CRM system

Meet weekly with leadership to discuss activity, referrals, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Experience in senior care, home care, hospice, or senior living is preferred

Passion for helping seniors and their families is essential
