ComForCare has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume the role of Community Liaison in the South East Phoenix area. Experience as a social/case worker considered a bonus but not required.
This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong , lasting relationships. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Mus have the ability to effectively communicate with referral sources in a clinical manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Support business development activities and a help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Successfully generate community awareness of our services.
Drive business through relationship building, presentations and excellent customer service.
Communicate effectively and educate our referral sours as to why ComForCare is the Home Care company of choice.
What we’re looking for:
A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
Access to reliable transportation
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience as a business relationship specialist or business liaison is a bonus
