What we are looking for:
A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Previous experience in marketing, preferably in home health care
Excellent verbal, written communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation
Demonstrate creativity in fostering new referral relationships to increase client census
Prior experience as a Community Liaison in Home Health highly preferred
Organized, adaptable, and confidently proactive
Collaborative team player with innovative outreach strategies
What you will be doing:
Work full-time Monday through Friday, occasional evening and weekends for marketing events
Work collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, payers, and the community
Represent the agency at events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
Track and follow up on referrals for smooth transitions and communication
Educate the community on home care and aging-in-place solutions
Guide prospective clients and families through the care process
Obtain required discharge info to complete client integration processes
Salary:
$50,000 to 80,000, dependent on referrals and performance
