    Position Overview: Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking a motivated and personable Community Liaison/Marketing Representative to help us grow our presence in the San Antonio area. You will play a key role in generating new client referrals by building lasting relationships with individuals, families, and community healthcare partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.

    We are looking for someone local in North San Antonio, who has established connections in the senior care industry!

    Education: High School Diploma/GED required

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of marketing, sales, or relationship management experience; healthcare or senior care industry preferred

    Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track engagement

    Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

    Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently

    Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required

    Key Responsibilities:

    Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, and physicians

    Network and connect with families and community organizations to promote the benefits of home care services

    Actively manage and update all outreach, lead, and client activities using our CRM system

    Track and analyze outreach effectiveness and client engagement within the CRM

    Schedule, coordinate, and attend community events, presentations, and meetings to market Assisting Hands services

    Collaborate with the agency team to ensure a seamless onboarding of new clients

    Consistently follow up with potential clients and referral partners

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Base salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year, plus commission
