The Community Liaison serves as the face of our clinic within the community. This role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, patient engagement, and community education to increase awareness of clinic services and improve access to care.
The ideal candidate is highly personable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable networking in the community. Previous healthcare, marketing, outreach, or community engagement experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, schools, senior centers, churches, community organizations, and healthcare partners
- Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, chamber meetings, and local outreach opportunities
- Promote clinic services and educate the community on available healthcare resources
- Develop referral relationships with local providers, organizations, and agencies
- Assist with patient engagement initiatives and help improve community awareness of preventive care and wellness services
- Coordinate and support clinic marketing efforts, including community campaigns and outreach materials
- Identify opportunities for growth and partnerships within the surrounding communities
- Help organize educational events, screenings, and wellness initiatives
- Maintain records of outreach activities and provide regular updates to leadership
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the clinic and uphold a professional image in the community
