    Position Summary

    The Community Liaison serves as the primary relationship builder between our urgent care clinic and the community. This individual will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, and healthcare providers to increase awareness, drive patient growth, and support community health initiatives.

    This is an ideal role for a motivated, outgoing professional who enjoys networking, marketing, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain relationships with local employers, schools, senior centers, and community organizations

    Conduct outreach visits to physician offices, businesses, and community groups

    Coordinate and represent the clinic at health fairs, community events, and networking functions

    Identify partnership opportunities for occupational health and employer services

    Deliver presentations about clinic services and healthcare access

    Collaborate with marketing team to execute outreach campaigns

    Track outreach efforts, referral sources, and partnership outcomes

    Support patient growth initiatives and brand visibility strategies

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)

    2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach

    Strong communication and public speaking skills

    Self-starter with ability to work independently

    Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Preferred Experience

    Experience working in urgent care, primary care, or healthcare settings

    Established relationships within the local community

    Knowledge of employer health programs and workers’ compensation services
