We’re a family-owned property group with multiple communities across California and Arizona, and we’re looking for a dedicated, hands-on professional to take the lead at Murrieta Palms, an all-age community in one of Southern California’s most desirable regions.

    This is a dual-role opportunity for someone who is thrives in both property management and maintenance. You’ll live on-site in a private 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, RENT-FREE, while managing a well-established community just 65 miles from San Diego and minutes from Temecula’s wine country.

    About the Role

    This is a full-time, live-on-site position where you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the community, both operationally and physically. That includes:

    Managing day-to-day operations (billing, application processing, utility readings, vendor coordination, etc.)

    Overseeing move-ins and move-outs with professionalism and efficiency

    Enforcing payment deadlines and community rules with consistency and fairness

    Handling minor landscaping and maintenance: mowing, trimming, irrigation, basic repairs, and property inspections

    Responding quickly to on-site issues (emergency readiness is a must)

    Maintaining curb appeal and community pride through regular upkeep of green spaces and shared areas

    Delegating tasks and coordinating with outside vendors when needed

    About You

    We’re looking for someone who’s both people-focused and mechanically inclined, someone who can manage a property and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty when needed.

    Previous experience in property or mobile home park management preferred

    Comfortable with basic maintenance (irrigation, sewer backups, light plumbing, etc.)

    Available for on-call emergencies and weekend needs

    Self-motivated, proactive, and organized

    Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, and property software)

    Able to communicate clearly and professionally with residents

    Strong follow-through and attention to detail

    Reliable transportation required

    Must be comfortable living onsite full-time
