You will be focused on making the property better for the residents and maximizing its potential. We are a leading manufactured home community management company, and we're looking for a proactive Community Manager in the area to assist in leading the turnaround of two communities with major potential. The ideal candidate will excel in satisfying the needs of the ownership and tenants while preserving and increasing the value of the property. We are offering new and pre-owned homes for new residents moving in. You will help people purchase their first home or maybe their final destination home, as well as plan events for residents to get to know each other and build community. Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to create and execute the company’s vision and business plans. • Operational Oversight: Lead and optimize processes in marketing, sales, recruiting, asset management, property management, acquisitions, and investor relations. • Process Efficiency: Build, document, and refine workflows for efficiency and scalability. • Financial Management: Oversee profitability, budgets, and KPIs while holding teams accountable. • Culture Team Building: Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. • Shared Services Management: Oversee accounting, human resources, IT, and marketing. • Technology Leadership: Leverage tech tools to enhance productivity and reporting. • People Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering continuous improvement. Qualifications: • Experienced Operator: Background in commercial real estate private equity, specifically Mobile Home Parks. • Proven Track Record: Success in scaling businesses and driving operational excellence. • Tech-Savvy: Ability to implement business software and reporting platforms. • Strong Leader: Skilled in process mapping, team building, and leadership development. • Problem Solver: Strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Results-Driven: Proven ability to drive ROI through operational improvements and business optimization. • Able to travel and located in the Southeast United States. Compensation: $16 hourly
