    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Community Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of their assigned Homeowner Associations (HOA). As a successful Community Manager, your goals are to work with the Board of Directors to maintain the property, ensurance compliance with Civil Code and Governing Documents, encourage harmonious relationships and peaceful living for all of the residents in the community.     Responsibilities

    Able to work with Board Members

    Administrative Support and other duties as assigned

    Attend Board Meetings (Zoom)

    Compliance with Civil Code and Governing Docs

    Delegate specific tasks to supportive Departments

    Work with Vendors to properly maintain the property

    Qualification

    Certified Community Association Manager designation preferred

    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

    Experience with property management software

    High school diploma/GED required, Associate of Arts Degree/Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    Prior experience managing Homeowner Associations preferred

    Understanding of Common Interest Developement (CID) Law preferred
