    Full-Time | On-Site

    A growing real estate organization is seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused Community Manager I to support daily operations across a busy multifamily community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a property—balancing resident relations, leasing support, financial coordination, and maintenance oversight.

    About the Role

    You’ll partner closely with the Sr. Community Manager to ensure the property runs smoothly day-to-day. This includes supporting leasing efforts, coordinating maintenance activity, managing resident communication, and helping drive financial and operational performance. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Sr. Community Manager role and enjoys being hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

    Property Operations

    · Assist with daily operations across the community

    · Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation

    · Conduct regular property walks and unit inspections

    · Support safety, security, and adherence to regulations

    Resident Experience

    · Build positive relationships with residents

    · Support renewals, notices, and resident communication

    · Enforce community policies and address concerns professionally

    · Assist with legal notices and compliance processes

    Leasing & Occupancy

    · Support leasing activity to maintain occupancy goals

    · Conduct tours, process applications, and assist with move-ins

    · Review market comps and provide input on pricing and specials

    · Help ensure units are market-ready and presented at a high standard

    Financial & Administrative Support

    · Assist with rent collection and delinquency management

    · Review invoices, coding, and vendor billing for accuracy

    · Provide input on budgets, projections, and financial reporting

    · Maintain organized documentation and reporting schedules

    Maintenance Coordination

    · Partner with maintenance teams to manage work orders and unit turns

    · Monitor aging work orders and ensure timely completion

    · Coordinate vendor activity and maintain strong working relationships

    Team Collaboration

    · Support on-site staff with daily tasks and communication

    · Participate in team meetings and performance discussions

    · Help reinforce operational standards and company policies

    What You Bring

    · 2–5 years of experience in property management or a related role

    · Strong understanding of multifamily operations and regulations

    · Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills

    · Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly

    · Comfortable learning new systems and technology

    · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    · CAM certification is a plus

    Physical Expectations

    This role requires regular walking of the property, climbing stairs, inspecting units, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

    Salary: $50-55k per year
