We’re seeking a passionate, results-driven Community Manager to lead our team at Skyview Apartments in Westminster, CO. Recently added to the AIR portfolio, Skyview is ready for a new chapter — and we’re looking for an inspiring leader to help shape it.
As the Community Manager, you’ll be the heart of the community, guiding your team, serving residents, and driving performance. You’ll oversee daily operations for this 224 unit community , ensuring it runs effectively, meets financial goals, and offers residents an exceptional living experience.
What You’ll Do
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in property management, leasing, or hospitality.
Proven success achieving sales, leasing, or occupancy goals.
Strong leadership and communication skills that inspire teams and build trust.
Financial acumen and comfort managing budgets and community operations.
Proficiency with property management software and modern communication tools.
