One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Tri‑ValleySan Ramon / Danville, CA • 20–25 hrs/week • $32/hr. This is Part-time position. We’re looking for an energetic, creative Community Marketing & Events Coordinator to help make One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning a familiar, trusted brand across the Tri‑Valley. If you love connecting with people, creating content, and being active in the community, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Identify, coordinate, and attend local fairs, festivals, school events, sports events, and community gatherings

Plan event activations, giveaways, sponsorships, and neighborhood marketing campaigns

Create short‑form video and social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms

Capture content at events, jobsites, and with our technicians and team

Maintain a local content and event calendar

Track engagement, leads, and results from community marketing activities

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing personality and confidence engaging with new people

Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short‑form video trends

Creative, organized, and able to work independently

Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends for community events

Experience in events, social media, field marketing, hospitality, promotions, or community engagement is preferred

No HVAC experience required

Schedule & Compensation

Part‑time: 20–25 hours per week

Flexible schedule based on events and campaigns

$32/hour, based on experience

Performance incentives available

Approved business mileage and expenses reimbursed
