    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service or phone sales - preferred
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent communication and computer skills

    The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and help the team meet high goals will ensure your success in this role.
