Healthcare Recruiter Job Summary
Objectives of this position will be focused on recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising managers on viable candidates. Manages the full life-cycle recruitment process for all assigned positions and regions within multiple business units.
Essential Responsibilities:
Fostering relationships with hiring managers
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and level of service
Implement multiple recruiting channels to source candidates, including job boards, social networking media, professional organizations, search engines, etc.
Manage the entire recruiting process from beginning to end including development of job postings, management of recruiting requisitions, scheduling and logistics of interviews & hiring
Develop written/oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to adjust work schedule according to business needs
Intermediate Windows-based skills including, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
Resourceful, highly organized, and able to prioritize
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Capability to work under pressure
Belief in the mission and vision of the company
Job Requirements:
2-4 years of recruiting experience a must, preference given to experience in a healthcare organization, sourcing and screening candidates for Mental Health/Addiction Counselors, Case Managers and Recovery Staff
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, psychology, social work or related area preferred
Knowledge in identifying and implementing "best practices" for sourcing, candidate screening, pipe-lining, and tools
Understanding of employment laws, practices and policies
