    As a Community Mobility Driver , you’ll play a vital role in providing safe, accessible transportation for individuals with disabilities. This position offers consistent schedules, strong benefits, and the opportunity to positively impact lives every day.

    What You’ll Do as a Community Mobility Driver:

    In this role, you will:

    • Safely transport passengers with disabilities to medical appointments and essential destinations
    • Provide dependable, on-time service along assigned routes
    • Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices safely and properly
    • Offer door-to-door assistance for a comfortable, supportive experience
    • Deliver professional, courteous, and respectful service on every trip

    What You’ll Need as a Community Mobility Driver:

    • Valid MO Class E, KS Class C, or any CDL (licenses from either state accepted)
    • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening (including marijuana testing)
    • Availability to work at least one weekend shift
    • Flexibility for early morning (as early as 3:30 AM) and/or late evening shifts (as late as 12:30 AM)

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Starting pay: $20.86 per hour

    Opening Shifts

    • 3:30 AM – 1:30 PM | Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
    • 3:30 AM – 1:30 PM | Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun

    Closing Shifts

    • 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
    • 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat
    • 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM | Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat
    • 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM | Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
