    Today we are looking for a community pharmacist that wants to be part of a team that is dedicated to supporting each other in the day-to-day operations and challenges today’s community pharmacy is facing.

    Our mission is to improve patient outcomes both on hospital admission with medication reconciliation, on discharge with discharge medication dispensation, and in their day-to-day daily life outside the hospital.

    The ideal candidate will:

    -Staff in the outpatient pharmacy and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams both inside and outside the hospital to fulfill hospital discharge orders while balancing the needs of our community patients that we serve

    -Staff rotating Medication Reconciliation Pharmacist shifts with our other outpatient pharmacy staff pharmacists

    -Be adaptable and ready to collaborate with your pharmacy team (inpatient and outpatient) and all area healthcare providers

    Hours for Retail Pharmacy:

    Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm

    Saturday 8am-4pm

    Closed Sundays

    Rotating Holidays and Saturdays

    Qualifications & Education:

    • Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD Pharmacy degree.
    • Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Colorado or must obtain within 60 days of hire
    • Immunization Certified with active BLS card

    Skills:

    • Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
    • Able to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.
    • Able to set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond quickly to emergency requests.
    • Able to meet the pharmaceutical needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, psychiatric, oncologic, obstetric, chemically dependent and rehabilitation patient.

    Experience:

    • Community pharmacist experience preferred.

    Loan Repayment:

    Compensation:

    Base Salary - USD $123,000 to $184,000
