We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate to join our team. This full-time, in-person role is perfect for someone outgoing, energetic, and eager to gain hands-on experience in community engagement, brand awareness, and public interaction. No experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support planning and execution of community campaigns, outreach events, and promotional activations

• Engage with local community members to promote client programs and services

• Assist with event setup, logistics, and distribution of marketing materials

• Represent clients in a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly manner

• Track outreach results, attendance, and participation

• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing community engagement
