We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Community Outreach Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on connecting with local communities to promote our events and engage with potential participants, contributing to our mission of making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of our company and upcoming events within the community.
• Attend community events, fairs, and meetings to network, represent our company, and engage with local residents.
• Distribute promotional materials and actively engage with community members to encourage participation in our events.
• Work with the marketing team to create targeted outreach materials and campaigns that resonate with the community.
• Assist in organizing and hosting community events, workshops, and informational sessions.
• Gather feedback from community members to understand their needs and preferences, informing future events and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, community contacts, and event participation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sociology, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage outreach activities and event planning.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• A genuine passion for community involvement and a desire to make a positive impact.
• Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, or related fields is a plus but not required.
