We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Community Outreach Assistant to support community engagement initiatives, promotional events, and public awareness campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in community outreach activities and public engagement initiatives.
- Represent the organization at community events, informational sessions, and outreach campaigns.
- Build positive relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Communicate program information and key messages to the public.
- Assist with event setup, registration, attendee engagement, and event breakdown.
- Distribute promotional and educational materials during outreach activities.
- Gather feedback from community members and document outreach results.
- Support awareness campaigns designed to increase community participation and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and community interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and engagement goals.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the organization within the community.
- Perform additional outreach-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
