    We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Community Outreach Coordinator to serve as the face of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with local partners, managing public-facing events, and expanding our footprint within the community. You will act as a bridge between our internal programs and the external stakeholders we serve, ensuring that our resources are accessible to those who need them most.

    Key Responsibilities

    Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with local businesses, non-profits, and community leaders.

    Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and execute community events, workshops, and town hall meetings to increase awareness.

    Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and oversee a diverse group of volunteers to support outreach initiatives.

    Communications: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, newsletters, and social media content tailored for community engagement.

    Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, partnership growth, and program impact to report to leadership.

    Public Representation: Deliver presentations and represent the organization at local fairs, networking events, and public forums.

    Qualifications

    Experience: highschool diploma

    Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

    Organization: Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.

    Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic CRM or database management.

    Flexibility: Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for community events.

    Compensation

    Salary Range: $52,000 – $68,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
