    Health in Balance, a leading chiropractic and holistic wellness clinic, is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to grow our presence and impact in South Orange County. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a mission-driven practice and play a key role in expanding our reach.

    GENERAL TASKS MAY INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

    • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
    • Coordinate and attend community events, health fairs, and workshops
    • Collaborate with team members to organize and facilitate marketing and events
    • Promote our services and offerings through in-person networking and local marketing
    • Identify outreach opportunities to increase awareness and patient engagement
    • Represent our clinic with professionalism, warmth, and a heart for service

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • A friendly, outgoing, and proactive communicator
    • Organized and detail-oriented, with event coordination skills
    • Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others
    • Able to work independently and take initiative
    • Able to collaborate with team members to complete certain tasks
    • Strong interpersonal, phone, and written communication skills
    • Confident in public speaking, networking, and interpersonal communication
    • Strong computer skills and experience with Google Office applications (docs, sheets, etc) and CRM software

    Duties and responsibilities may be added, removed, and/or changed at the discretion of management.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
    • 2-3 years’ work experience in marketing or public relations, sales, event planning/coordination, customer service or client relations, or related field (Preferred)
    • Experience in health and wellness industry (Preferred)

    POSITION TYPE Part-Time (10-15 hours per week), Hybrid Position

    SCHEDULE Flexible hours, to be determined during onboarding

    POSITION PAY $20-25 per hour (dependent on experience)

    • Bonuses based on events scheduled and completed

Occasional travel to local events may be required.
