    What You’ll Do:

    Build relationships with local healthcare providers, senior centers, and referral partners

    Promote our home care services throughout the community

    Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach opportunities

    Identify client needs and help connect them to the right care solutions

    Work closely with our care team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support

    Track outreach efforts and adjust strategies to drive client growth

    What We’re Looking For:

    2+ years of proven field sales experience in home care/ other related healthcare or community outreach

    Great communicator with excellent people skills — both one-on-one and in groups

    Comfortable visiting referral sources and community locations regularly

    Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and hit outreach goals

    Passion for helping seniors, families, and those in need of care

    Possessing reliable transportation for commuting within the local territories

    Highly Desired but Not Required:

    Existing relationships with local healthcare providers or referral sources
