We’re seeking an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to join our dynamic team! This is a hands-on opportunity to connect with local communities, promote events, and build meaningful relationships while growing your career in event marketing and community engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, local businesses, and leaders

• Plan and implement outreach strategies to promote events and initiatives

• Represent the company at community events, fairs, and meetings

• Distribute promotional materials and engage with community members to encourage participation

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns and materials

• Assist in organizing and hosting community workshops, events, and informational sessions

• Gather feedback from community members to guide future initiatives and events

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and contacts

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sociology, or related field preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse audiences

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for community involvement and making a positive impact

• Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, or marketing is a plus but not required
