We’re seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Representative at the entry level.

In this role, you’ll be part of a growing organization that partners with nonprofits and socially responsible businesses to raise awareness, increase community engagement, and drive meaningful change. Through hands-on training and real-world experience, you’ll build essential communication and leadership skills while working on campaigns that truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent partner organizations and nonprofit campaigns at local events and community sites
• Engage with the public to raise awareness, answer questions, and build support for causes
• Assist in organizing outreach efforts, promotional events, and community engagement strategies
• Collect and track campaign data, feedback, and outreach metrics
• Work as part of a collaborative team to meet outreach goals and performance benchmarks
• Participate in ongoing training in communication, campaign strategy, and nonprofit relations

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience required—customer service, retail, or volunteer experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
• Dependable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team-focused, fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
