We are hiring an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to support outreach efforts on behalf of nonprofit and community partners. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in community outreach, public engagement, nonprofit work, and public relations.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, clear expectations, and ongoing support to help team members succeed.
Represent nonprofit and community partners at local events and outreach activities
Engage with community members and share information about current initiatives
Answer basic questions and direct individuals to available resources or ways to get involved
Support outreach activities by following established processes and guidelines
Track interactions and share feedback with team leaders
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure professional outreach efforts
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
Clear verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor
Comfortable speaking with the public in person
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Interest in community outreach or nonprofit work
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
