In this role, you’ll help promote events, connect with local communities, and create positive experiences through face-to-face interactions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in community outreach, event marketing, customer engagement, and communication while developing valuable professional skills.

No previous community outreach experience is required! We welcome recent graduates and candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, or other people-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Connect with community members to promote upcoming events and marketing campaigns.
• Build positive relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups.
• Attend community events, promotional activities, and local gatherings to represent our clients.
• Share event information and promotional materials with the public.
• Encourage community participation through friendly, face-to-face communication.
• Work with the marketing team to support outreach campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist with organizing events, workshops, and community activities.
• Gather feedback and keep records of outreach activities.
• Work with team members to meet campaign goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable speaking with new people in person.
• Interest in marketing, events, community engagement, or customer service.

A degree in marketing, communications, sociology, or a related field is a plus, but not required. Previous outreach or event experience is welcome but not necessary.
