We’re looking for Community Outreach Representatives to join our growing team and support impactful nonprofit causes through direct, face-to-face engagement across the Fresno area.

In this entry-level outreach role , you’ll be the public face of respected nonprofit organizations—educating, inspiring, and mobilizing the community around meaningful missions. If you’re outgoing, purpose-driven, and excited to start a career in nonprofit outreach, communications , or public engagement , we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites , and public spaces
• Engage with the public through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage support
• Clearly and enthusiastically communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fundraising and outreach goals
• Help manage outreach displays, branded materials, and event setup/teardown
• Track community interactions and gather feedback to help improve future campaigns
• Participate in team meetings and training on communication, leadership , and advocacy strategies

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus)
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
