YogaSix Pasadena is hiring a Community Outreach & Wellness Advisor — a hybrid role focused on driving memberships through community partnerships and in-studio sales. You will be measured on results, not activity.

What Success Looks Like

Community Outreach (Lead Generation with Accountability)

Build partnerships with local businesses, wellness providers, and community organizations Expectation: 2 new active partnerships per month

Represent YogaSix Pasadena at pop-ups, events, and collaborations Expectation: 2–3 events per month

Capture leads, track follow-up, and move prospects into intro offers or memberships Expectation: 20%+ conversion rate from qualified outreach leads

Wellness Advisor (Sales Is the Priority)

Confidently sell memberships and intro offers through personalized conversations

Follow up on every lead with urgency and professionalism Expectation: 24-hour response time

Log all sales activity accurately in ClubReady

Support retail sales and studio operations during shifts

This Role Is For You If You:

Are comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale

Enjoy being held accountable to numbers and KPIs

Can work independently and manage your own outreach calendar

Present professionally and represent a premium brand well

Understand that follow-up = revenue

This Role Is NOT For You If You:

Avoid sales conversations

Prefer a purely administrative or passive role

Dislike performance tracking or accountability

Need constant direction or motivation

Schedule & Pay

Part-time: 5–10 hours/week

Evenings and weekends required

$20/hour (training paid at $18.04/hour)
