    Position: Community Outreach and Engagement Coordinator Location: Primarily Milwaukie, with occasional travel to Beaverton Employment Type: Full-Time

In this role, you will connect with key community stakeholders—hospitals, senior care facilities, and business networks—with the goal of generating referrals for our private-pay services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development & Referral Network:

    Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, memory care units, senior centers, physicians, home health agencies, and other referral sources in the community.

    Identify and proactively reach out to new potential referral partners through cold calls, emails, networking events, and in-person meetings.

    Develop and implement strategies for increasing referral flow, leveraging both your relationships and your industry knowledge.

    Maintain long-term partnerships by providing consistent follow-up and offering ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and trust.

    Sales & Marketing Strategy:

    Collaborate closely with leadership to design and implement outreach campaigns that raise awareness and generate leads.

    Conduct community outreach activities, such as attending networking events, career fairs, and speaking at industry conferences or meetings to grow brand presence.

    Track outreach efforts and outcomes, analyzing data to continually optimize strategies and meet goals.

    Client Engagement & Onboarding:

    Meet with potential clients and their families to understand their needs and guide them through the process of selecting the best home care solutions.

    Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for both clients and their families.

    Reporting & Compliance:

    Keep accurate records of all interactions, outreach efforts, and client signings using CRM tools.

    Follow all internal policies, ensuring ethical and compliant interactions with all clients, partners, and colleagues.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Education & Experience:

    A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred, or 3-5 years of relevant sales, marketing, or business development experience in healthcare, home care, or a similar field.

    Previous experience in consultative sales and healthcare services will set you apart.

    Skills & Competencies:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills—an ability to connect with diverse audiences and listen actively.

    Proven success in relationship-building and maintaining long-term partnerships with external stakeholders.

    Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Self-starter with the ability to work independently, yet also thrive in a collaborative team setting.

    Comfort with technology—experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    A passion for helping seniors and their families navigate care options with empathy and professionalism.

    Additional Qualifications:

    An established network within the senior care or healthcare community is a plus.

    Understanding of home care services and the healthcare system is a strong advantage.

    A professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer service mindset.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between office locations and throughout the local community.
