    We are seeking a full-time Hospice Community Partnership & Growth Manager - (M-F day), to join our fast-growing lighthearted team of hospice clinicians in providing hospice care to the Greater Richmond Area community.

    JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and expanding referral relationships throughout the assigned territory. This role serves as a trusted representative of Enlight Hospice, working collaboratively with hospitals, case managers, physicians, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, memory care communities, home health agencies, and other healthcare professionals to educate partners on hospice services and facilitate appropriate patient referrals.

    QUALIFICATIONS: • Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. • Preferred of 2 years of healthcare marketing, provider relations, business development, or community engagement experience. • Strong existing relationships with hospital systems, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and healthcare referral sources in the Greater Richmond area market strongly preferred. • Hospice, home health, post-acute care, or healthcare experience preferred. • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. • Proven ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships. • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

    Salary Range - $75,000 - $100,000+
