CPC is looking for several Asset Management Coordinators to join our newly-created Asset Management team located in Chappaqua, NY. You will support the Asset Management team's daytoday risk management activities for the full CPC loan portfolio. You will organize, administer and support the team's activities with borrowers; guarantors; local, state and federal government agencies; developers; owners; managers; agency lending partners; and other industry groups to preserve the value of the multifamily housing financed by the mortgage loans. You will monitor/track/report on borrower corrections to deferred maintenance identified during property inspections, as well as propertylevel insurance requirements. You will also provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders promptly and accurately, process borrowers' requests for reserve withdrawals, monitor relationships with thirdparty vendors, and order services and ensure appropriate and correct payments. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance (or related field) along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in real estate asset / portfolio management, finance, development, or underwriting. Understanding of multifamily development, ownership, multifamily asset management, commercial construction, and/or experience working with lending institutions are key attributes.
