  • Responsibilities

    Seasonal Position in Jacksonville, Florida with service to surrounding counties- The Community Product Manager C8 and Product Booth Logistics Coordinator is responsible for delivering the product program to Community 8 Troops, distributing cookies to the troop leaders/staff from cookies, assisting with Smart Cookie transfers, planned orders and payments. The coordinator will also be responsible for supporting the Product Programs department with booth uploads and maintaining the booth selections. This position will report to the Director of Product Programs and will work an average of 25-30 hours per week.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Cookie Booth Contracts & Logistics

    · Cookie booth contract entries into Smart Cookie

    · Ensure accuracy of cookie booth contact information: dates, addresses,

    · Manage daily booth availability

    · Run booth reports and submit to Director of Product as needed

    · Solidify cookie booth contracts for C8

    · Manages scheduling concerns for cookie booths, escalating to the product director when necessary

    Community Product Manager – C8

    Ability to seamlessly communicate and articulate company history and product information

    Manage a cookie booth and orders on the same day at Community Development sites

    Drive cookie inventory for booths during 4-5 weeks of the season

    Strong ability to listen and communicate thoroughly with Girl Scouts, parents, and site directors on Girl Scout and product program history and assist in resolving cookie issues as needed

    Ability to verify digital cookie orders and Smart Cookie/Digital Cookie technology needs for C8

    Assist CD staff with creating and organizing girl scouts into upload spreadsheets for smart cookies

    Maintain C8 Cookie Cupboard, with weekly scheduled appointments for pick up and potential returns

    End of season cookie allocation and cookie reward distribution to CD

    Ensure payments are up to date, reaching out to directors with updates
