Community Property Manager – Hoa & Condominium Operations
CAMCO Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium and HOA communities in Blue Bell, PA. We provide: • Salary range: $65,000–$70,000, based on experience • $1,500 sign-on bonus • Flexible PTO • 401(k) with employer match • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Life, STD, and LTD coverage • Parental leave Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned communities, fostering strong relationships with boards, residents, and vendors. • Respond promptly to calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism. • Manage day-to-day operations, property maintenance, and special projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion. • Oversee staff, including front desk, maintenance, and janitorial teams as needed. • Prepare and review budgets, financial reports, and management updates for board meetings. • Stay current on state regulations and community governing documents. • Lead and facilitate board meetings, ensuring accurate records and follow-up actions. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years managing condominium and HOA properties. • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Proven expertise in property operations, financial oversight, and vendor management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and U.S. work authorization. Compensation: $65,000–$70,000, DOE
