    Community Relations & Public Speaker(Estate Planning and Elder Law Firm) The Community Relations & Public Speaker is responsible for expanding our firm’s reach through educational events, workshops, and presentations on estate planning and elder law topics. This non-attorney role blends public speaking, community outreach, and event coordination to drive engagement, brand awareness, and new client relationships. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Firm Owner to build partnerships, deliver presentations, and manage event initiatives that position the Law Office of Polly Tatum as the trusted choice for families and aging adults in Massachusetts. Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging public presentations and workshops on estate planning and elder law topics in the community. • Coordinate and manage public education events, including venue selection, scheduling, logistics, and follow-up. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, referral partners, and senior service providers. • Collaborate with the marketing team to design event materials, promotional campaigns, and post-event communications. • Represent the firm professionally at expos, seminars, and partner events. • Track and report event performance metrics, leads generated, and referral growth. • Support public relations initiatives, including community press releases, thank-you campaigns, and outreach projects. Qualifications: • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills. • Strong relationship-building and communication abilities. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Prior experience in community outreach, education, marketing, or public speaking required. • Experience in the legal, financial, or senior-care field preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM/event management tools. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in public speaking, marketing, community relations, or related fields. Compensation: $75,000 plus bonus
