A Community Residential Specialist is responsible for Individual Support at a residential location. 2 weekends/month.
Responsibilities
work at designated residential locations
Submit audit on a weekly basis and as needed
participate in staff meetings, house meetings, compile notes and submit to the supervisor in a timely manner
Complete an accurate timesheet prior to end of pay period
Organize and accompany clients on 1 outing per month
Preparing essential documentation and the timely reporting of any incident according to pre described protocol
Alerting management of any maintenance concerns.
Running errands and performing necessary tasks
Be open to coaching and communication
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to quickly adapt to on-going changes and request
Attention to detail, multitasking, excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
Requirements
High school diploma/equivalent or administrative certification
3-5 years of general office,administrative experience and working with Intellectual Developmental Disability Population
Must be at least 21 years of age
Excellent data entry, email/ scans/downloads using Google Extensions, Adobe,
Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)
Desire to work 20-25 hours/week
Performed any other duties deemed necessary
