We're seeking an experienced sales account liaison to help lead these efforts, someone who embodies our values of service, integrity, and excellence. As a Community Sales and Marketing Liaison, you'll be an ambassador of our firm and a key player in nurturing and growing our presence and partnerships across various sectors, and increasing the firm’s revenue. *This is not a social media role. Responsibilities: Community External Marketing: • Representing our firm with pride and professionalism in community interactions. • Establishing and maintaining relationships with local long-term care facilities and healthcare providers, sharing our service offerings, and increasing referral business. • Networking with professionals, such as Attorneys, CPAs, and financial planners, to extend our firm’s reach and cultivate new client referrals. • Connecting with senior-focused communities, building trust and rapport. • Staying informed about local care options to serve as a knowledgeable resource. • Creating and conducting engaging presentations for both professionals and community members. • Representing our law firm at conferences and expos. • Participating actively in professional meetings, striving to position our firm as a go-to resource. • Igniting innovative ideas to enhance referrals and elevate our brand recognition. • Using data to drive the efficiency of marketing efforts. Internal Marketing: • Coordinating and executing special events that celebrate clients and partners. • Contributing to special projects with a creative and strategic mindset. • Leverage your LinkedIn and social media presence to enhance our firm's profile and expand our network with professionals. • Planning and managing educational programs, as well as maintaining association memberships. • Ensure the careful maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Document sales calls daily in CRM (including pre- and post-call notes) and maintain complete, up-to-date records of targeted referral sources in the territory. • Providing regular reports that track our marketing efforts and successes. • Conduct research and call on new and untapped referral sources. Qualifications: • A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a post-graduate professional sales role. • At least 1 year of external marketing in a healthcare-related industry. Experience in the senior industry is ideal. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Experience with creating and implementing territory sales plans. • A vibrant, charismatic, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and time management. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. • A connector at heart, relishing working with diverse professionals. • An excellent time manager who's a self-starter, ready to take initiative. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). • Someone with reliable transportation, as a personal vehicle, is required. • This position requires attending the firm's department and team meetings in our Vinings, GA, main office location 1-2 days a week The remainder of the time will be spent on outside marketing/sales activities in the territory, including Cobb, Fulton, Cherokee, Bartow, Paulding, Fayette, and Douglas counties, as well as some bordering areas . Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 + performance bonus

    $75,000-$85,000 per year
