Join COMMUNITY SERVICES GROUP (CSG) as a CLIENT EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR for our CLIENT SERVICES in WILLIAMSPORT, PA and find meaning in your work every day. This position could also be located at one of CSG's other program offices.

As a CLIENT EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR, you are the first and primary CSG administrative team member to come into contact with our clients, external customers, and internal program partners. Client Experience Ambassadors will exhibit good judgement to proactively and innovatively ensure the client journey through the administrative processes meets the expectations of clients, external customers, and internal program partners with limited handoffs. Our teams accomplish their work in small interdisciplinary and collaborative teams to manage client day of service administrative experience from the initial contact through service delivery to completion of services. Everyone on the team is accountable to deliver the expected outcome of an excellent client experience.

THIS POSITION OFFERS:

• • Full-Time: - 40 hours per week - Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; flexibility to work evening hours required.
    • PRN/Zero Scheduled Hours
      • 10 - 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday - Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's Degree or 2 years of advanced training and 1-year experience in an office environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Medical Billing.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service relationship position preferred.
• Experience working with medical insurance.
• Ability to work flexible hours are needed.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or appointments.
• Able to travel to trainings/meetings upon request of which may include occasional overnight stays.
