    SCHOOL BASED RESTORATIVE JUSTICE FACILITATOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Basic Function: Delivery of direct services to clients; occasional necessary indirect services such as case management

    • Responsible for providing direct restorative justice services at the assigned Waukegan school to students in need
    • Responsible for preparing case notes, and any other written reports as necessary; documenting all client services
    • Responsible for attending all mandatory in-services and staff meetings, including PEACE circles training.
    • Responsible for referring / linking clients to ancillary services
    • Responsible for working collaboratively with the assigned school faculty and staff to meet the needs of students

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Possession of a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral or social science (social welfare, sociology, psychology, counseling and guidance, social work, etc.).
    • Minimum of one year experience in human services.

    Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time
