    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a Payroll Intern to assist with global payroll processing, equity and monthly accounting process within a fast-paced Finance department.  In this role you need to be a resourceful, self-motivated and organized team player (while still remembering to have some fun along the way). 

    HOW WILL YOU MAKE YOUR MARK AT COMMVAULT (RESPONSIBILITIES):

    • Enter payroll data
    • Prepare and enter journal entries
    • Prepare account reconciliations at the end of each month
    • Prepare headcount reporting
    • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close
    • Assist with daily and monthly equity process
    • Special projects
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    • College student/graduate, preferably Accounting or Business major
    • Prior experience in Finance/Accounting preferred
    • Extensive experience with Excel required
    • 25-40 hours per week
    • Must be available to start immediately
