    Job Description

    We have a great opportunity for a SERVICES OPERATIONS INTERN to help our developing “AS A SERVICE” organization.  We are looking for a Customer focused individual who is well organized with strong communication skills and the ability to can help streamline information and organizational processes. 

    The ideal candidate will have past experience helping improve the customer experience as well as coordinating team input to deliver a desired outcome.  Experience in helping SaaS organizations and or Information Technology teams would be most beneficial.  The ability to take in disparate information and create a unified package of information for people and or tools to utilize.

    Joining our internal “as a Service” organization you can expect to gain insight to what it takes to best manage our product and learn what it takes to build loyal customers!  The day to day activities will be primarily focused on information content, customer outcomes and building tools to help the teams improve efficiency. 

    How will you make your mark at Commvault (Responsibilities?)

    • Assist with ingestion, processing and validating data from various sources
    • Capturing requirements, building content and publishing (internally) documentation for team consumption

    The Fine Print (Qualifications)

    • Working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Management, Information Technology etc.)
    • Available  May – August 2019
    • Creative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and presentation
    • Strong Microsoft tool experience with Word, Excel, Visio etc.
    • Some relevant experience such as relevant internships, volunteer work or classroom assignments
