Job Description

HOW WILL YOU MAKE YOUR MARK AT COMMVAULT (RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Jointly with the CONNECT team, participate in or manage initiatives to evolve our employee community, including rewards / gamification; community champions engagement; ideation; and evolving design standards
• Take over creation and delivery of Tip of the Week blog post, helping employees learn nuances of using CONNECT
• Assist in delivery of CONNECT onboarding webinars, with a goal of potentially teaching some
• Curate content posted to CONNECT by adding tags, making titles more descriptive, uploading photos, sharing content to additional places

THE FINE PRINT (QUALIFICATIONS)

• Must be enrolled in college and working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field (e.g. Communications, Marketing etc.)
• Must be available to work onsite in our Tinton Falls HQ during the school year on a reduced schedule in addition to a full 40 hour work week over the summer.
• Creative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and presentation
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Comfortable presenting to groups, virtually or in person
• Some relevant experience such as relevant internships, volunteer work or classroom assignments
