Executive Home Care of Conway, AR is hiring Companion Caregivers to provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes. This role focuses on social interaction and light household assistance.

We offer part-time and PRN positions with flexible scheduling. As client hours increase, full-time opportunities may become available.

Responsibilities:

Engage clients in conversation, reading, games, and hobbies

Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings

Assist with light meal planning and preparation

Perform light housekeeping and organization

Offer medication reminders

Encourage participation in activities that promote well-being

Observe and report changes in client behavior or health

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience in caregiving, volunteering, or supporting elderly individuals preferred

CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic

Strong communication and teamwork skills
