    Position 1: Full-Time Companion Caregiver (Weekday Shifts)

    Schedule:

    Monday – Friday

    6–8 hours per day (generally between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

    Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Full-Time Companion Caregiver to provide consistent weekday support for clients in their homes. This role focuses primarily on companionship and light assistance with daily activities, helping clients maintain independence and a high quality of life. You will build ongoing, trusted relationships with your clients through regular visits.

    Position 2: Weekend Relief Companion Caregiver

    Schedule:

    Saturday & Sunday

    Shifts between 4–8 hours (flexible start and end times depending on client needs)

    Overview: We are seeking a dependable Weekend Relief Companion Caregiver to provide support for clients during weekend hours. This role offers flexibility while ensuring our clients receive consistent care when weekday caregivers are off duty. Ideal for someone looking for supplemental income or part-time work in a meaningful caregiving role.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Engage clients in conversation, games, hobbies, and outings to promote mental and emotional well-being

    Provide medication reminders (no administration of medication beyond scope)

    Assist with light meal preparation and encourage healthy eating habits

    Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment

    Escort clients on errands, walks, or appointments as needed

    Offer mobility support (walking, transfers, positioning)

    Follow and document according to the care plan

    Report any significant changes in the client’s condition to the Care Coordinator

    Qualifications:

    Experience in companion care, caregiving, or related field (Certified Care Aide certificate preferred but not required for primarily companion roles)

    Current CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain

    Negative TB test or chest X-ray

    Reliable transportation within Orange County

    Access to mobile phone and internet for documentation
