    WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE:

    As an Animal Care Advocate (ACA) you will be part of dynamic care center organization that is responsible for taking care of our valued customers. The ACA’s role is to accept incoming calls, make outgoing calls, answer general inquiries, assist customers with initiating claims, processes premium payments for the company and processes insurance applications. This person will act as the first-line, information source for the organization.

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serves customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems
    • Receives calls from pet insurance customers and answers policy questions and payment inquiries
    • Manages inquiries and feedback from clients and customers via chat
    • Manages all aspects of insurance policies from initiation through all steps
    • Creates, updates, _and maintains customer claim and veterinary interaction records via data entry
    • Effectively handles customer concerns, provides necessary information to customers, and follows up through problem resolution
    • Accepts payments and updates billing information for customers as needed
    • Follows department and company procedures, guidelines, and policies
    • All other duties as assigned

     

    EXPERIENCE

    • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role
    • 3+ years of experience in a corporate or customer service team setting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience learning and using new technology
    • High school diploma required
    • College education a plus

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • History of ethical and professional conduct

    • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

    • Ability to manage various types of activities, prioritize and manage time effectively

    • Strong desire for team success. 

    • Creative, innovative, and effective problem-solver.

    • Passion to learn and develop new skills.
