    About This Role

    This is more than just being there—it’s about being present. We’re hiring Homemakers / Companions / Sitters who bring comfort, conversation, and calm into the homes of older adults and individuals who need support staying safely independent.

    This non-medical role is ideal for someone who’s compassionate, observant, and naturally helpful. You won’t provide hands-on personal care—but you’ll make a powerful difference through your presence, reliability, and heart.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Provide friendly companionship and conversation

    Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying) and meal preparation

    Support safe mobility and offer standby assistance if needed

    Monitor for safety risks and report concerns to supervisor or family

    Accompany clients on walks or appointments (when permitted)

    Offer emotional support and consistency during family respite periods
