    Job Summary:

    A Distribution Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling the company's products or services to customers and retailers. They play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring product availability, and maximizing sales opportunities within their assigned territory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales and Promotion:
    • Actively promote and sell the company products/ services to potential customers.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company services.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including upselling or cross-selling products.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and problem-solving.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions.
    • Territory Management:
    • Manage and prioritize a designated sales territory, ensuring efficient coverage and distribution.
    • Plan and execute sales visits to clients, retailers, and other potential sales outlets.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory.
    • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
    • Order Processing and Distribution:
    • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
    • Collaborate with distribution and logistics teams to ensure product availability and on-time deliveries.
    • Monitor inventory levels and recommend restocking or inventory adjustments as needed.
    • Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including goals, achievements, and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field may be preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a distribution or B2B sales role.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Good knowledge of the products or services being sold.
    • Familiarity with sales and CRM software is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
